ORO at Edge Towers is a new condo project by Solmar Development Corp and is currently in pre-construction. ORO Tower architect is designed by Roy Varacalli of Cusimano Architects. The new project will be located at 24 Elm Drive in Mississauga. The major intersection is Hurontario Street & Central Parkway West.
ORO Tower will be the third building of the Edge Tower Community. ORO at Edge Towers will be 50 storey tower with 630 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den and penthouse layout. Units will range from about 490 square feet to about 1,500 square feet. The estimated completion date for ORO at Edge Towers is set for 2024.
ORO at Edger Towers will feature a total of 33,427 square feet of amenity space; 14,122 sqft of indoor amenity space and 19,305 sqft of outdoor amenity space. The building will feature 5,028 sqft of retail space on the ground-level. The building will have underground parking garage which will contain 600 residential spaces and 95 visitors space. There will also be a bike storage area with 630 bicycle spaces and electric charging stations.
ORO at Edger Towers amenities will include: 24-hour concierge and security, entrance lobby and ground floor Galleria, 2 luxury goes suites, 2 party rooms with access to private terraces, outdoor terrace with bbq and al fresco dinning, outdoor yoga and fitness area with sun deck and lounge areas, gym with cardio equipment, weight area and fitness studio, yoga studio, sports lounge, movie theatre, billiards room, wifi TV lounge and bike storage area.
