MV1 Condos is a new condo project by Great Gulf and is currently in pre-construction. The new project will be located at 6081 Tremaine Road in Milton. The major intersection is Tremaine Road & Britannia Road.

MV1 will be part of the new master-planned community at Milton Village. MV1 Condos will be a tower with 103 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom layout. Units will range from about 567 square feet to about 1,096 square feet. The estimated completion date for MV1 Condos is still unknown.
