Condo Project Summary

Nestled onto a lot just southeast of Bronte Road and Dundas Street West, 2477 Old Bronte Road Condo building is designed to reflect the leafy neighbourhood. Featuring architecture by contemporary firm Quadrangle, it will include warm, brick elements for a historic feel, paired with a neutral-toned, cubic-inspired design.

Cozy, recessed balconies will make the perfect spot to watch the neighbourhood in a private setting, while plenty of terracing will ensure the building engages pedestrians and allows for maximum natural light on the street.

Approximately 129 dwelling units are proposed, although the layout and size details have yet to be released. A two-storey retail space is proposed for the condo’s ground floor, which will help connect the condo to the community and provide a streetscape enhancement.
